Context Acceleration Program2 · by Playground Group
Assistants make individuals faster at writing — they never touch the processes that actually cost money, because that work lives inside your systems, contracts and permissions. CAP is a senior delivery team and a reusable platform foundation that builds AI into those processes, one at a time: fixed price, in your environment, in production in months — measured against a business case you can put in front of the board.
01 — The Problem
The licenses are rolled out, a policy is in place, a few pilots have run. A year later the question has gotten sharper — what did it actually change? No processing time dropped, no cost line moved, nothing shows up in the P&L.
Look inside your most expensive processes and the reason is plain. Most of the cost is not the decisions — it is the work before them: digging through SAP, reading contracts, checking policy, assembling the basis. That work has never been automatable. Too much judgment for RPA. Too deep in your systems and permissions for a general-purpose assistant.
That is what has changed. Built into the process — with the access, context and controls it needs — AI can now carry that work for the first time. Not beside your processes, inside them. That is what CAP does.
02 — How It Works
03 — The Foundation
CAP is the architecture and components we bring to every delivery — hardened project over project. Not a boxed product you license, but a new layer in your stack: a deliberately thin one, built on your existing identity and systems. The ownership line is clean: the patterns and architecture are ours and improve with every delivery — everything built for you, from code and connectors to context and prompts, is yours alone and is never reused for anyone else.
04 — Use Cases
Four examples, one pattern: gather the basis, check the rules, prepare the decision. The same pattern runs through claims handling, permit processing, lease renewals, order provisioning and customs disputes — the industry varies, the work does not.
05 — Outcomes
06 — Enterprise Requirements
Everything is deployed in your cloud environment, on your identities and your architecture principles. Model calls go only to the AI providers you approve, under your data agreements — or to models hosted in your own environment.
Context comes with control. Every AI agent gets only the data and tools it is authorized to use — integrated with your existing IAM, with policies, audit trails and full traceability. Actions that matter require human approval.
Owned by you — concretely. The code, connectors, agent definitions, prompts and data are yours, deployed in your accounts, including the right to operate and extend them without us. After go-live you choose the operating model: your team runs it — with documentation, monitoring and runbooks handed over — or we stay on and operate it with you. And the capability survives a model switch: swap the model, keep the context, integrations and controls.

07 — Get Started
Bring us the process that hurts — the one that is expensive, manual, or stuck waiting on a few overloaded experts. We will tell you whether AI can carry it: what it would take, what it would cost, and what it would be worth.
Three weeks after starting, you have a quantified business case, a solution design and a fixed price for production — a number that holds up in a board deck. The discovery fee is credited in full against the delivery, and if the case doesn't hold, we tell you so and you keep the analysis.
